The Initial loan qualification process with Amy went very well, but when we had to update everything a year later that process was more tedious and complicated than I felt it needed to be. It became a arduous and expensive for us and we changed lenders at that time. The closing process was easy and the house presentation was very nice and thoughtful. The house was remarkably clean and perfectly ready for move-in. We had several scheduling issues with the subcontractor I wired but when Adreiel , Matt and Travis arrived they did a good job.
